Mr. Robert Reilly was an extremely prominent voice in his field of study. He is the author of "The Closing of the Muslim Mind," a Senior fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council, a member of the board of the Middle East Media Research Institute and he served in the White House and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In this lecture Mr. Reilly shows his expertise by explaining the differences between Sunni and Shia Muslims, how they relate to each other and to the teachings laid out in the Quran. Mr. Reilly further argues how it is important for Westerners, more specifically Christians, to become educated on the teachings of the Quran and the beliefs of Sunni and Shia Muslims, so as to be able to engage in respectful dialogue with them.
